On this line you can:

  • ask for relevant forms and leaflets
  • arrange a free appointment with a professional consultant

If you have concluded the Agreement on the Terms and Conditions for Subscription and Redemption of Shares, you can control your asset account – based on a selected service – also over the phone, i.e. you can:

  • find out the balance on your asset account
  • change the settings of services
  • carry out asset transactions.

You will provide an employee of the Customer Centre with the access codes you received by registered mail together with the Confirmation of the Agreement, and perform the requested transaction.

Business hours of Info line: Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. till 4:30 p.m.

If you make a phone call from any fixed telephone line in the Czech Republic, ČP INVEST is involved in the payment of the call.
